BrainDance makes neuroscience functional.  Neuroscience says the brain can improve with exercise at any age, even after trauma.

Annemarie will lead you through eight full-body exercises in the sequence best for stimulating your brain while moving your body.

BrainDance was developed by Anne Green Gilbert in 2000.  Annemarie Cabri was in her first program and has been teaching others ever since.
